What is included in a We Are Knitters kit?
Each kit comes with everything you need to complete your project: premium yarn balls, high-quality wooden knitting needles or crochet hooks, the pattern instructions, a small sewing needle for finishing, and a We Are Knitters embroidered label.
Do you offer patterns for beginners?
Yes, we categorize our kits by difficulty level: Beginner, Easy, Intermediate, and Advanced. Our beginner kits include step-by-step instructions and access to video tutorials to help you master the basics.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that digital patterns are non-refundable.
Are your yarns sustainably sourced?
Sustainability is at our core. Our yarns are 100% natural, and our wool is sourced from sheep in the Peruvian highlands. Our needles are made of 100% FSC-certified wood, and our packaging is recycled and reusable.
